The lush green valleys are often covered with forests of Acacia, contributing to the region’s biodiversity. During May month, Acacia flowers bloom with plain white to slightly pinkish flowers. Actual “White honey” is not produced in India. It originates in the Islands of South America but not in India. This is from Kiawe tree ( Prosopis Pallida) flowers. Kiawe honey rapidly crystallizes into fine crystals, giving a cloudy and white appearance to honey, resulting in pearly white honey which is flowable.

Can’t say if it is organic but the honey tastes good. It also holds as a drop under water. Not sure if any chemical in the honey behaves the way pure honey behaves or it is pure honey.
